In order to be good 21st century citizens and promote universal equity, digital literacy and computer science will allow all students to have power and agency bridging the gap between engagement in STEM fields and universal CS education. It will help to promote access and equity among gender, race, economic and social divides to give all students 21st century skills in creativity, collaboration, communication, and personal agency.
